As part of a weeklong program called “The Honorable Harvest,” The Trailhead Café, ESF’s new dining facility that opened in March 2013, is providing a special garden-to-table menu for students.

The university’s bookstore began carrying ESF all-natural maple syrup last year. The syrup is produced at ESF’s Heiberg Forest in Tully, by students and staff.
